Wireguard

Wireguard is still in progress. So far:
1. Installed the wireguard package on april.
2. created interface for wireguard, wg0.
3. Assigned it IP 192.168.44.1 (/24) with the idea that 192.168.44.X ip's will eventually be reserved for remote-connected machines.

4. generated a private/public keypair on april and placed them in /etc/wireguard/
