    • ~30 minutes per assembly
    • ~%70 occupancy for perler bead stations throughout the event.

Solutions

There's a lot of stuff that can be done to keep the perler bead tables from becoming an unholy mess of scattered materials. Ideally, a seat should have a few cups of beads, a pattern and a pegboard. This can probably be achieved with a few standardized storage solutions per table.

Perler size sorter

3D printed sieve that can separate small beads from large ones

Perler pegboard straightener

3D print bed and something heavy to make pegboard flat again?

Pegboard stacking case

3D printed frame for keeping pegboards in the center of the table. Might also be worth laminating the existing patterns into a standard size.

Timelapse Cameras

Turns out with the ESP32, you can make affordable time lapse cameras. We should at least mount one on the ironing table for social media content.
