FT231X Breakout Board
From Hack Manhattan Wiki
This is a breakout board for FTDI's FT231X, a more modern version of the venerable FT232 series USB to serial adapter that's cheaper ($1.98 @100 versus $3.65 @100 for the FT232RL) and has more features.
This is a breakout board that breaks out all the pins. The mini USB connector is the Hi-Rose UX60A-MB-5ST, which is surface mount only with no pins. By default VCC is 3.3V, but you can cut a trace and solder in a 0 ohm 0603 to provide 5V instead. In this version I/O is always 3.3V.
