DHCP domain search config

Network: We had to attach the option to the DHCP network because an entry under Options in the router.
Value: We had to rewrite the value because NetworkManager replaces the option-15 domain with the option-119 list rather than appending to it, so a list containing only sagroup.hackmanhattan.com silently dropped hackmanhattan.com from every client's search path.
