==Consensus Agenda==
Robin (cuebus)-
* I'd like us to establish a decision for when & how much we charge for the space when larger groups want to use it. I'm proposing that we agree that for-profit activities (eg co-working groups at a for-profit company) should be charged for if it limits full member usage (eg power tools, etc) during the time. Non-profit activities should not be charged for, and outside companies/groups that wish to present to the membership or host an event for the membership should also not be charged for. In either way, members should have some say in whether they agree to a proposal for renting the space. I'm not sure the best way to do this, but perhaps a straw poll in discord with a simple y/n vote. Ties or no responses could mean the time gets approved. Not looking to turn this into a bureaucratic nightmare though, so there are probably better ways to get member consent.
For reference, WeWork charges $10/person/hour. We should be considerably less than this as we don't offer as many amenities. Ideas are $3 per person per hour or $20 per hour regardless of group size.
* I'd like to clarify our rate structure. Currently, we have poorly documented evidence of how our rate structure has been determined. I'm only able to find proof of establishing the $160 tier and sort-of proof of approving the $10 increase to the $100 tier. There is no documentation about abolishing the "starving hacker rate." There's also no documentation on whether the starving hacker rate should remain $50 or be increased to $55 or $60 in conjunction with the aforementioned rate increase. I propose a vote on the following:
1. Approve or disapprove of keeping the starving hacker rate
2. Approve or disapprove of increasing starving hacker dues
3. Establish a new rate for starving hacker dues if the previous passes. I recommend voting on $50, $55, and $60, with the highest vote winning. Hopefully there won't be a tie.
4. Approve our rate structure to be $xx, $110, and $160, with our "standard" rate being the middle $110 and the lower and higher rates representing a self-determined ability to pay.

Drew (dcgenjin) -
* I would like to arrange a time to have an honest and open-minded discussion about opportunities for fundraising and funding.
